Radiology: X-Ray

Image of an American Outpatient Clinic Employee performing an xray examination on an applicant

All of our X-Ray examinations are conducted appropriately, and are practiced based on prescribed Radiographic standards. It is a quick and painless examination that involves x-ray beams passing through the area of interest in order to produce images of structures inside an applicant’s body.

When scheduling an x-ray exam, the radiologist in charge will provide an applicant with verbal or written instructions on how to prepare for the examination. You may be asked to remove clothing, jewelry, eyeglasses, and any metal objects depending on the area to be X-Rayed.

For Female applicants, a gown will be provided, and a third party female will be present during the procedure.
